We offer both local pick-up and nationwide shipping! For shipping orders, we carefully package each cookie to keep them fresh and intact. While we do everything possible to protect your order, once it leaves our facility, we can’t control delays or damage during transit—but we’ll always do our best to set you up for success.

Our cookies stay fresh for weeks when stored at room temperature in a cool, dry place—no refrigeration needed! For longer storage, you can freeze them in an airtight container, and they’ll still taste amazing once thawed.

We recommend placing your order at least 14 days in advance. During our busiest seasons (March–July and September–December), 4–6 weeks’ notice is ideal to ensure availability.

In a rush? If we can work it into our schedule, we’re happy to take last-minute orders—with a small rush fee to fast-track your treats!
